About the Position

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, intelligent, hard-working individual to fill a part-time role as our Part-Time Sale Assistant-Receptionist from (1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.).  Responsibilities include:

• Answer all incoming phone calls
• Assist callers with general questions on PPC
• Send out a 60-day follow-up email
• Follow standard procedures for all new leads
• Update client data in the computer system
• Create and send proposals
• Assist with outreach initiatives
• When in the office, greet and announce all arriving visitors
• Stock and maintain supplies
• Familiarity with Salesforce a plus
• At times employee may be asked to temporarily assist in other areas, which shall not be interpreted as a change in jobs
• Other administrative duties as assigned
