Top Business Class offers privately negotiated contract prices for business and first class airfares that are not otherwise available to the public. Top Business Class wanted a way to significantly increase call volumes, since the only way for customers to purchase first class and business class flights is to speak with a customer service representative on the phone.
Meta’s new call extension ads were used to A/B test. When people tapped the ad, Top Business Class’s website opened. People could then browse the site, fill in a lead form, tap the Get quote button when they were ready to contact the business directly, and convert over the phone. The ad appeared in the mobile Facebook Feed placement, and was not shown on desktop devices.
