THE STORY:

Our client, a provider of educational supplies, struggled to convert TikTok content into purchases. Relying on Spark Ads from the brand’s organic page proved ineffective.

In Q1, we introduced a creative strategy to improve TikTok performance, combining influencer content with brand-centered content. Leveraging authentic influencer voices, we aimed to create relatable and compelling content.

THE CHALLENGE:
Driving purchases on TikTok is particularly challenging due to the platform’s user behavior. Users primarily seek entertainment, making it difficult for brands to capture interest for direct sales. THE APPROACH:
Recognizing that our existing content was not achieving our sales goals, we pivoted to influencer content, incorporating spark codes to drive engagement and conversions. This strategy was designed to leverage the credibility and reach of influencers to more effectively engage potential customers.
THE RESULTS:
Following the introduction of influencer content, our client experienced substantial improvements in key performance metrics:
    • Total Purchases: Increased by 467%
    • Paid Followers: Increased by 67%
    • Total Cost Per Purchase: Decreased by 79%
    • Total Landing Page Views: Increased by 64%
