We have used Jumpfly for several years and they continue to do an excellent job. Initially they set up and managed our traditional Google Adwords account, then they suggested a... Re-marketing campaign, which was added. About a year ago we launched a Google Shopping Campaign and both conversion rates and cost per conversion improved dramatically.Most recently we ran into a problem with the shopping campaign after Google made some changes and the campaign stopped running . My Jumpfly client support rep , Jeremy jumped in to address the problem. After almost two months and numerous conversations with Google and our website host he was able to resolve the issue. The entire time he worked on the problem he did not charge us since the campaign was not running - now that's customer service.Over the years we've used several internet companies for SEO etc. many of which offer paid search services but not once did the thought of switching from Jumpfly for paid search marketing come up.
