Beginning in April 2022, JumpFly staff will be in the Elgin, Illinois office on a hybrid schedule. The team will be together on Mondays and Tuesdays as they ease into in-person office time. Working from home for the last two years has been outstanding, and JumpFly management has been pleased with how well everyone has adapted. Still, JumpFly’s culture and collaboration, integral to its creative process and success, thrives in an environment where the staff is together.
Since the work from home mandate began in March 2020, JumpFly has seen tremendous growth, and its team has grown by 35%. As it expands, JumpFly continues to deliver expert management for Google and Microsoft advertising, Social Media ads, Amazon advertising, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
As a personal welcome back gift from JumpFly President Michael Marchese, all JumpFlyers were pleasantly surprised to receive new 9th generation Apple iPads on their first day back in the office. This occasion marks the second time JumpFly employees have been gifted iPads, the first of which was when Apple initially released them in 2010.
